Self Care Yoga
This unique class is geared towards those struggling with pain, chronic health conditions, or simply looking for ways to reduce tension and stress. The class will incorporate a wide range of evidence-based modalities including self-massage/release techniques, guided meditation, the latest pain science education, neural mobilization, breath work, and aerobic movement known to change our experience of pain and help to reset our nervous system. The class is accessible to all, and will be adapted to meet your individual needs and abilities.

Therapeutic Mat Pilates
Based on the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) teaching method which is an updated approach to classic pilates. Using evidence based research, this type of pilates addresses modern day concerns using ergonomic and biomechanically sound movements.
This class will help you to build strength, re-train dysfunctional movement patterns, improve postural awareness.
Classes are taught by licensed health care practitioners and open to all levels. Modifications for injury will most certainly be made.

Yin Yoga
This class is intended to help you slow down and relax. Treat your nervous system and your mind to a delicious practice led by a licensed health care practitioner. Asanas are typically supported and held for longer periods of time. This is class is also a great option for anyone with injuries.

A dynamic Vinyasa flow class which unites breath and body together using unique movements to the rhythm of live music to leave you feeling revitalized and whole. This is a medium-level class with modifications given for all poses. All are welcome!
